Clothing - Robin – still have several homecoming and playoff t-shirts left. We’d like to have the cheerleaders launch them into the crowd during Saturday’s playoff game. Excellent idea!!!
Communications – website is up to date – still have plenty of room for pictures.
Concessions – Linda Price – Linda turned in concession money over $1200 to Kate for work done the past year from the frosh and soph games. Great work, Linda!!!
Fund raising – Diane Nagy – Monical’s pizza night netted a donation from Monical’s for $201.76.
Game Program – Ray Rapp. – still waiting for bill from You Name It Sports for this past season program – expected to be approximately $1800. Locker posters were discussed. Motion by Dave Cobb to do locker signs, 2nd by Greg Rodriguez. Kate, Robin and Dave among others can hang on lockers on Thursday night.
50/50 Greg Rodriguez. Event is planned for Saturday – we should have a good crowd at Saturday’s game.
Tailgating/reserved parking. Eric Sadlo – will reserve some additional spaces for this weeks game. If you have a tailgate parking pass, you will be encouraged to show up by noon for the 2:00 game tailgate.
End Zone ads – Dave Cobb - Banners need to go back to the advertisers after the season – ask to sell again to the same advertisers. Most advertisers have stated that they will renew for next season.
Team food. Greg Rodriguez. – Pork Chops on Friday evening as team meal, Lisa Guevara has green beans, Gina Detmers has potatoes, Greg Rod will get pies and water. Monna Cross and Linda Price have offered roasters. Ron will check with Mrs. Hamilton on room availability.
Varsity Banquet. Amy Durbin. Monna Cross and Susan Rapp are working on senior and player awards. December 11 has been reserved as the date for the varsity banquet. We will explore the possibility of different caterers keeping in mind the cost of the banquet with the possibility of subsidizing anyone that can’t afford the cost.
