• Jim Matson requested a thank you note be sent to the manager of Buffalo WW in Peoria who sponsored Sports Rewind.
• Banquet Review – Banquet was successful and 27 DVD Sales were produced at the banquet
• Treasuries Review
  • $6845.00 in current funds
  • Approximently $2000 still needs to be paid out for clothing
  •  Hud Venerable has requested $2250 in funds for assistance in paying volunteer coaches, and other volunteers.
  • Greg Rodreques  motions we expense $2000 for volunteer coaches, second by Mike Cross and approved by group.

Hud V. has requested assistance with paying coaching staff. $2250.00

• $500 for Don Witman for storage cabinets

• $750 for Mr. Shone?

• $500 each for Adam Lester and Brent Thompson

 Eric Sadlo suggest a gift card for Jim Matson HOI

 Eric Sadlo comments on January meeting will be for budgeting and would like to raise $5000 more than was raised in 2005.

 Greg R. motions for $2000 Seconded by Mike Cross & Robin Van.

Motion passed

 Mike Cross motioned a gift card be gifted to Jim Matson $125. Seconded by Robin Van.

Motion passed

 Mike Cross motions that candidates be voted in as decided in November election.  Seconded by Greg Rodriguez
